Our Team

Artem Koshel has held various legal positions in leading sports organizations, including the Khimki Basketball Club, the Rugby Union of Russia, the Russian Football Union, the Ice Hockey Federation of Russia, FC Zenit, the Russian Olympic Committee, and the National Center for Sports Arbitration. His knowledge and skills enable him to tackle challenges of any complexity in the sports sector.
Key tasks include:
- The transfer of basketball player Timofey Mozgov to the NBA team New York Knicks; representing the interests of BC Khimki in cases such as Mr. Shabalkin vs. BC Khimki and Mr. Scariolo vs. BC Khimki at the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal, with rulings made in favor of the club;
- Work within the Jurisdictional Bodies of the Russian Football Union and the Ice Hockey Federation of Russia, including the Dispute Resolution Chamber and the RFU Players' Status Committee, as well as the FHR Arbitration Committee, having participated in the resolution of over 200 cases;
- Representing the interests of the Russian Olympic Committee at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), including the ad hoc division during the Olympic Games; developing sponsorship contracts and protecting Olympic symbols and intellectual property;
- Serving as the Secretary General of the National Center for Sports Arbitration.
